A 14-storey building has reportedly collapsed in Eastleigh, Nairobi, with people feared trapped beneath the rubble, according to Geoffrey Mosiria.
In an urgent appeal, Mosiria said: “We urgently need emergency response teams to mobilize ambulances, rescue personnel, structural engineers, and other relevant experts to help evacuate those trapped under the rubble.”
He added: “Every second counts! Lives are at risk, and urgent action is needed to save those who may still be trapped.”
Mosiria has called on the public to share the alert and tag relevant emergency response teams, ambulance services, rescue teams and authorities to help mobilize an urgent response.
